June 19 (Wednesday)
- Team Check-In starts at 1PM ( Registration, Housing, Eagle Cards, and more)
- Only One Coach is needed to check in.
- Please keep your team and PIT contents outside of the PITs u
- Teams can set up their Team Pit at the Student Union Event Center and tour the campus from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
- Dinner at ERAU at 5:00. Practice Tables will be open from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
- There will be a special scavenger hunt in front of the Student Center at 7:00 pm. Also bring your favorite games to play with others or learn new games.
- Volunteers and Emcees will greet you at the Student Union.
June 20 (Thursday)
- Breakfast at ERAU from 7:00 to 8:00 am.
- Opening Ceremonies at 8:00 am in front of the Student Union Event Center.
- Judging at the Engineering Building with organized tours and activities from 9:00 to 4:00 pm.
- Teams with one adult are allowed in the Judging Building. Closed to ALL Spectators!
- Lunches from 12:00 to 1:00 at the Student Union Event Center. Dinner at ERAU at 5:00.
- From 5:00 to 9:00 pm Team Social at GameTIme Arcade and Bowling Alley
- 2 Hours of Free Arcade Play Wrist Bands, time starts immediately after first scan.

- *There will be an additional cost for friends and family to participate in the event, paid at the door.
June 21 (Friday)
- Breakfast at ERAU from 7:00 to 8:00 am.
- Opening Ceremonies at 8:00 am in front of the Student Union Event Center.
- Robot Games 9:00 to 4:00 pm at Henderson Hall (Admin Building).
- Lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 at the Student Union Event Center.
- Judges will be walking around for informal Judging.
- 5:00 Dinner at ERAU.
- There will be a special night of or light saber training outside the Student Union from 6PM to 8PM. Bring glow in the dark items, flashlights, and more to have fun time with your new friends! May the force be with you!
June 22 (Saturday)
- Breakfast at ERAU from 7:00 to 8:00 am.
- Opening Ceremonies at 8:00 am in front of the Student Union Event Center.
- Robot Alliances 9:00 to 12:00 in Henderson.
- Lunch 12:00 to 1:00 at Student Union Event Center. (Volunteers ready the Student Union Event Center for Closing Ceremonies).
- Closing Ceremonies at 2:00 pm with Teams lining up on the north side of the building for the team
parade. Awards done around 4:00 pm - Clean up 4:00 to 6:00 pm
Robot Game is held in HENDERSON HALL. This is the same location where Campus Tours will start for Engineering, Flight, and Aviation Sciences.
